JURIED EXHIBITION SUCCESS IN FLORIDA

Sandra contacted us at MisterDenham.com some time ago, and said what an inspiration the site had been to her.  She discovered it one day, and was delighted to find other people doing similar things elsewhere in the world.

She asked if we would like to see some of her own work, and you can judge our enthusiasm for what we saw, by the fact that we’ve included her as one of our Guest Artists.

It was good to hear from Sandra this afternoon, therefore, telling us that she submitted one of her pieces to a juried art exhibition panel, and it was accepted - out of 220 presentations.

The chosen painting is entitled: Annie and her Beau, a carefully controlled work, which reflects the true spirit of that great American era.  It’s a true favourite of mine, and you can see the painting for yourself on Sandra’s section of our Guest Artist page.

The senior Judge on the Selection Board is the Director of the Ringling Museum in Sarasota, Florida, USA.
